Answers Resource Facility is a fully operational non-profit organization that has been serving individuals and families in the Lake Area region since 2011. We support people HERE within our community that are in need of hope right NOW.

 

As a resource facility for individuals and families, our mission is to offer hope and restoration to those in need regardless of their race, age, religious background, or financial status. Our hope is that those who enter our doors find a safe, non-judgmental place to unload some of the heavy burdens they are carrying.

JoAnna Weldon

CEO, Founder

JoAnna Weldon founded Answers in 2011 and has been working as the CEO since that time. Her own personal story is what shapes her compassion to help others not have to do life alone. JoAnna’s vision is to see women and families know their meaning and their worth. 

Tiffiny Sanders, R.N.

Director of Nursing

Tiffiny is a registered nurse and coordinates all things medical at AHRF. She is passionate about improving health outcomes in the community through education and providing access to no-cost health service options.

Marjorie Caouette

Director of Finance

Marjorie has been working for Answers as the Director of Finance for almost two years. Her love of numbers has enabled her to work as a bookkeeper for over twenty years. When she is not crunching numbers, she is an on-line student hoping to graduate soon with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She also loves gardening, and relaxing with her family.
